ALEX DAWOTOLA

Dr. Alex Dawotola is the Founder and CEO of HENECO, a full-service engineering and construction company with multiple locations in Texas. He is an experienced Chief Executive Officer with excellent track record leading high performing teams. He is a Business Professional and Project Manager with many years of extensive operational, commercial, and financial experience in the Oil & Gas, Renewables and Civil Construction industries.

He holds a PhD degree in Engineering from the Delft University of Technology, the Netherlands and MBA from University of Oklahoma, Norman, OK. He is a licensed professional engineer (PE) in Texas, and a member of the Project Management Institute.

Alex is passionate about mentorship for aspiring and established small business owners. His mission is to empower every entrepreneur with key tools needed to succeed in their business, and turn them to business leaders that could shape fortunes and destinies of their organizations. His vision is to increase the capacity and success of small businesses by helping business owners identify and focus on key tools that will help them take their companies to the next level for continual growth and success.
